A reference health care system cannot be easily identified from comparison of the existing modes. This website is dedicated to the global health care system based on human centered standards.
A global system links community health conditions, self care and personal health data with professional interventions, therefore it is a global-local system.
The human centered standards of the global system include;
1) A principle for appraisal of all procedures and everything that affects procedure in health care.
2) Well-ordered numeric sets and xyz coordinates for use in anatomy, health oriented status, prescription and intervention records plus procedure/skill manuals.
3) Content of tests accepted by governments for world certification of health professionals that is relevant to knowledge of health care and patient care abilities.
